Hi date twin!! My FH is NYPD and so am I! He's got on 13 years in Feb. and I am starting my 10th year this week!

woohoo!! my man is NYPD too! he's a rookie....this new year's eve will mark 1 yrs of him on the streets. (academy started July 2005)

Mine is hitting 5 years in July!!
Our FH must have graduated together. It will be 5 years in July as well.

He's a rookie... he and MJDoc's FH were actually in the same class at the academy (although I don't think they knew each other, at least, not that I know of)

I don't have a FH/DH in the NYPD...
But my brother was NYPD (he was then hired in Nassau and works in Woodbury currently)... so he was happy to get out of the bad area he was working in!
He was in the 75 (East NY) and was on the job for just about 2 years or so before he got Nassau- I have so much respect for him, what he does, what he has been through-- and all Police Officers for that matter. They really see a lot of crap and put up with a lot of crap too... It's a tuff job and I'm amazed by them!

It is true, but not the companies that were mentioned. I was a Law instructor in the A Squad. I don't think I was very well liked...but we always came in the top 5 in law!!

If your FH graduated in Jan 03- then he is in the July 02 class like the other ladies' FHs!! Top pay in July for him!! Yay!
