FH and I cannot deicde on a honeymoon!!! We dont really want to go to hawaii and we have been to aruba and barbados. I would like to do a mediteraanean cruise, but FH is unsure if we will be able to relax or just be stuck doing touristy stuff the whole time. I dont think tahitti is in our budget and I really want to go somewhere amazing that I probably wont go again. We DO NOT like to 'plan' our own activities so we do enjoy cruises because there is so much to do all the time. My aunt also gave us a week in a timeshare pretty much anywhere in the world so we were thinking of cruising somewhere and then staying for a week, but we dont want to break the bank either..
ANy suggestions????

I really did not want to go to Hawaii either!! I kind of felt like it was so typical. I also wanted to go to a place that would be kind of exotic. We ended up going to Paris and Mauritius, an island in the indian ocean. Mauritius is known for their culture, food and great hotels. They also have lots of beaches. We really liked it. Definitely exotic because of the culture! Its definitely different than the carribean b/c of the cultural aspect.
I would also consider Costa Rica, South Africa, Galapagos, Cypress, or Alaska. I love to research vacations and know a lot about a bunch of exotic places if you have any questions.

I hear Costa Rica is nice! Turks and Caicos was amazing!! Reasonable prices too!!

Make sure it's not hurricane season in the Mediterranean - my close friend really wanted to do that, but it was hurricane season (October) - not sure how early hurricane season starts though - might be as early as June or July... they ended up going to Cabo and renting a private casita with their own pool. They had a great time, and it wasn't expensive at all.

we were 2 seconds away from booking Couples Swept Away Negril then scrapped it. then we decided on Paris and almost booked and then scrapped it. now we're looking at the Caribbean again.
this is what happens when you have TOO many choices! Good problem to have, sometimes

Not sure where to tell you to take the week (we were in the same situation and we chose Aruba) We are also crusing. We are doing a 7 night Royal Caribbean cruise to the Southern Caribbean and it is very affordable.

us too. check out the Yucatan Penninsula. Great Carribean waters, without the CArribean prices. Great people, food, and history within the ruins and jungle.

We are going to Anguilla. looks amazing! We also researched a lot on Nevis, Cayman Islands (but steered away from there b/c of the recent hurricaines), maui (but realy didn't want to fly 12 hours). We were going to do Capri and and the Amalfi Coast in Italy but since i never went to italy before, i was afraid i would want to do touristy things while there, but that was not how we wanted to spend our HM. So we decided on Anguilla. Heard great things from a lot of LIW brides!

What about greece or italy. If you have a time share, they couldn't be too expensive could they. Or africa or austrailia.. OKay maybe, I am getting too expensive.

Since Hawaii is out and you've been to Aruba I say Cyprus (where I'm from ) you can view pics on their tourism site. It's beautiful!!
