FH ruined it. He really didn't understand the concept. There was a lot of 'We don't need that (fine china, flat wear, a picture frame, toasting flutes, towels). A lot of 'No one is going to buy that' Oh yeah and 'We could always buy that ourselves' and then some 'Where are we going to put that?' I got fed up and left. Honestly, if it's going to be like that, I don't even want to do it.

ETA: the only thing he seemed to care about was Christmas plates... I said I don't want them. Thats why you get fine china

oh i am so sorry, my fh and i did a little a few months ago and keeps asking me when we are doing it again, he liked it .. i wish your fh did also. i am so sorry. you can always delete the stuff off your list on line and just dont tellhim.

Yeah my FI didn't understand why we needed certain things also, and he was getting really annoying w/ that stupid zapper he was zapping everything tryin to be funny Leave him home next time Thats what I did

It is time consuming. I did not go with my FH, they don't want to be bothered if you have to go back do it yourself.

Thats why I registered online and then just showed FH what was on it and thats it!

That's what I did too!!

But when we actually went and saw some of the things we registered for in person, we both decided to change some items.

And he registered for a poker table and mini gym!!

I'm not sure if FH really understands the concept. Last night we hit one store and he didn't know what to be looking for. I don't think men are as in-tine to these things as we are, that's all.

My FH was rude and a total PITA whenever we registered. He got mad at me for not registering at best buy (he wants another computer) but I looked and they didn't have wedding registerys, then he told me it was my job to everyone (even his family) thats what we wanted. We guess what I picked out what I wanted, like those nice swede pillows for a couch. I hope I get them this Xmas! So here is my advise, LEAVE HIM HOME! men are a pita. They don't want to shop unless its at game stop or sports plus or any other store that is full of teenage boys and our FH.
