My first day back to work! And jeez, feels like I never left. I had an absolutely horrible night, had 3 patients on ventilators who ****ed the life out of me the entire night. My legs are soo sore today. Now I remember why I never exercised when I was nursing!!! I couldn't wait to go back and now I wish I had a vacation!!!!

Thankfully i'm off till Friday night so I have some time to get used to being up all night and sleeping during the day. I was so screwed up today--I think I slept for like an hour!!!
