I think I am in LOVE!!! <3

I am in awe right now!! I am loving these pictures!! It's EXACTLY what I was looking for, for my wedding. It's by the water, yet the inside is so beautiful and elegant..I can't even describe how much I am loving this place right now!! I feel like they were taken out of my dreams! hehe

However, I can't find many reviews on it or anything!! I did a search but there isn't much info on it, and I can only find 2 past brides who have had thier wedding there.

Another thing that worries me is that they are a French restaurant..I know NOTHING about French food..and I really don't know how FH or my family would like it...

But..I would love to hear any opinions on this place...PLEASEEE!!

Is that Louis XVI??? I actually have a wedding there on Oct 6th, so I can give my mini review when I get back!

oh and about the food, I asked the grooms sister last weekend if its just going to be French food, and she said HELL NO! lol she said that if it was just going to be that they would not have chose the place. They have an assortment of all foods, like any other reception hall.
You should go there for dinner one night to try it out, they have a restaurant part too

I am not looking to rain on anyone's parade...but be forewarned that place is extremely expensive. I don't know for sure about wedding prices but dinner alone there is.

That aside the food is wonderful.

I heard also that dinner there is pricey but when I was looking around for RHs for myself I called and they told me it starts at $85pp. Which i thought wasnt bad at all considering I knew how expensive it was for dinner. ALso I have a wedding there next saturday night and i know the bride and groom were on a tight budget as well. and they are pulling it off I guess, i'm just glad everyone is saying the food is good lol I am a lover of food! hah

That 'to start' always gets me haha. But maybe weddings are more reasonable but I know is crazy.

Yes it is..lolz..I can't believe I forgot to mention what place it was! I swear my head was in the clouds! hehe..

I will love you forever if you give me a mini review of the Wedding you have on Oct 6th hehe!! You just made my day by saying its not all French Food, that was my main concern!

I was there for a wedding 2 summers ago. It was really beautiful and the food was spectacular. People especially appreciated the outside bar, because there was a great cocktail-party type atmosphere outside on the deck and a real dance party on the inside. I don't know which band they had, but the acoustics were great on the inside. We got there early, because we didn't know how long it would take to get out there, and the staff had no problem letting us hang out by the water and wait. (The couple was getting married there, a lovely ceremony at sunset on the water, so the cocktail hour wasn't ready until afterwards). If in fact this pic is Louis VIX, you will have an awesome time and your guests will be impressed.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that its within my budget and that they will work with me! I am on a very tigh budget too...but I am obsessing over this place right now!!

All you girls are awesome!! I knew you would be able to tell me soemthing about this place..and wow you all knew it just by the pic hehe..I love this place!!
