I think I found my dress BUT.....

The one I fell in love with is champagne color and I am having a June pink and green wedding. Do you think that I should go with the ivory? My Mom thinks that champagne is too much for summer and more for autumn. I am undecided. I think my concern is that it will look weird with the theme of my summer wedding.

Help!!!!! What do you think?????

i think that you shoud go with whatever YOU want! Its your wedding and if it's the dress of your dreams, no matter what color, then you should go with it!

There are no rules (that I know of) that say you can't have ivory in the summer. I am wearing ivory in April and you will look beautiful in champagne in the summer!

I don't think champagne would be a weird color for summer at all. I think it's considered a neutral color? If so, it would definitely go with your other colors. Can we see pics?

I can't remember the designers name I am calling the shop tomorrow to get the info and when I find the pic I will post them

Thanks for all of your help...I am still thinking but I am leaning more towards the champagne. I didn't mention it but it is a huge skirt, and I am afraid that along with the color being (according to my Mom) a fall color...it will look too heavy for summer. But I really like it
