I think I hate my dress!!

I've been feeling absolutely awful today!!! I went to Kleinfelds for my first fitting and wasn't too happy with my dress. I just wanted to tell them to send it back. I love the bottom of the dress but the top just doesn't seem to fit right. I look so flat on the top. When I purchased the dress the saleswomen assured me that they would be able to make it fit better after the alterations. The seemstress basically said that there wasn't much she could do because the dress is just made that way. I spent a heck of a lot of money on this dress and I just don't know what to do.

To top it all off my BMs dresses came in yesterday. The store left an urgent message on my machine asking me to come in this weekend because the color did not look like the sample. They are saying that I might not like it and if I don't I'll have to order the dresses in a different color. I just want to cry right now!!! My wedding is in two months !!

Ohh, nlp, I am so sorry! Maybe they could sew in pads on the chest to make you look more 'curvy?'

Having had dress problems I can tell you it will work out. Maybe they can sew a built in bra into the dress for you. That will definitely change the shape of the top of the dress for you.

As far as the BMs dresses go look at them and if you don't like the color insist that they get you the color that you wanted! It is their screw up and they will just have to pay for the rush order.

Try to keep your chin up

do you have a picture of the dress so we can see what can be possible done to it?
Try not to stress...it gives you wrinkles from all the frowning.

With the BM dresses make sure you get what you want.

for my cousins wedding in 2 weeks we got the bm with a month and a half left and my sisters was stained rush order and two weeks later new dress

OMG... stress! Try to see fo they can sew in the fakies. I am flat as a board, but when they taped me up to do some fitting it looked pretty good. My seamstress says that they can even sew them into some dresses so that you don't have to worry about them falling or slipping, etc...
