I ordered our invites early because we got a good deal..WELL.. rushing into things as usual, I forgot about our A list and B list.. I put the RSVP date 1 month before the wedding, is that OK? and then if you have a B list, do you have to make new invites with a new RSVP? Thanks girls

I don't have a B list so I may not be of help but usually the RSVP is around a month or so before the actual event. You can send the B list people the original invitation it will be ok. They'll probably figure out that they were the B list but hopefully some won't even notice.

Well what I would do is send them out a little early like maybee the middle of January and when you start getting in the No's send out to the B List People right away, hopefully you will be able to do it that way.

Just don't do what I did --- I sent out to B list with the A list RSVP date -- which had already passed before I even sent the invite!! LOL

My RSVP date is also a month before the wedding. I heard if you are able to give the invitation in person, you can just explain the situation and that would be okay. Unfortunately I don't know the proper ettiquete for one that you mail.

I agree wiht sending them out a little early and sending out teh B's ASAP as you go along. Did you order enough invites for the B list? My sister ordered a second set for the B list, but you don't have to do that. I think I'm going to do the sending them out early thing and them prioritize the B list and send them out one fo one as the no's come in. HOWEVER, as it said in another post today, the no's seem to come later or not at all..that's the only problem wth that pplan! SO keep that in mind, too
