I am so excited..I doubt I'll ever sleep again. I recieved the video on saturday of the waiting Ethiopian children and I fell in love, head over heels with many of them. They are gorgeous, every last one of them. The video is from summer, so I am not sure which of the children have since been adopted, but I have a few favorites that I am praying on, hoping they will be mine. They are older than I thought I would want to adopt, one boy will be 9 soon, but I cant get him out of my head. We are thinking of adopting an infant and an older child. I must have watched this video a thousand times. I can't wait to find out who is available for us!!! I have to wait until next week, the staff is away. Meanhwile, we had our second IUI this month, I doubt it worked, but it still feels good to try. well thanks for listening..

Lots of luck to you! I think it's wonderful that you want to adopt an older child since I'm sure many of them get passed over often for babies. I wish you the best and hope it works out.

Alicia - I think you and Dex are incredible people and any child would be so blessed to have the two of you as parents. I think of you often and you guys are in my thoughts!!! I'm rooting for you and I can't wait to hear what happens!!

YEA!!! Thanks guys!!! I cant wait to find out which children are still available. I will keep you all posted as soon as I hear what's going on. We are still in the homestudy processand hopefully that will be complete by the New year, and then could possibly go this summer to pick my children up. I am trying not to get to excited, but its all I think about. Once I choose the child, we can start sending him gifts and pictures!!! It's too good to be true, now that I have faces(These children are so damn cute)..I cant think about anything else. I wish I could throw myself into something else just to relax my mind a bit. Time cant go by fast enough. Thanks again for all of your support!!
