I think I'm missing some sort of 'woman gene'

...because I don't like shoes. I wear uggs in the autumn/winter, flip flops in the summer/spring. I only buy new sneakers when my old ones fall apart. I don't even like dress shoes. I've had the same work shoes for years...big ugly chunky shoes from like 2002 lol. Its almost embarrassing.

I dont know how I'm going to shop for wedding shoes when I dont even like dress shoes.

I love clothes shopping and purse shopping. But I never understood the fasination with shoes. Good for my credit card...bad in the fact that I need to find shoes for my wedding and I have no idea where to start or what I need want.

I'm gonna end up barefoot.

I think you should team up with Haroula.. you could pick out her dress and she could pick out your shoes Since otherwise you'll be barefoot and she'll be naked.

i like shoes. i like the way they look on my feet sometimes but i rarely wear them.

i loooooovvvvvvee wearing sneakers and flip flops
anything flat.

Me too.

I rotate...my Doc Martens, Converse, DCs.

Summer = flip flops.

I own a lot of shoes, but most of them are not...'shoe-shoes'.

I'm actually thinking of wearing a pair of 'shoe-shoes' that I own but never really wear, for the wedding.

im the same way... i wear 1 pair of boots all winter and flip flops as soon as humanly possible

hahhaha you sound EXACTLY like me. Flipflops all summer..one or two boots in the winter, and wear my sneakers until I cant use them anymore.

The thing is I love high heels and crazy shoes but I'm soo tall and wouldnt ever wear them, so Im just not into shoes!

I'm in the same boat. I live in my Uggs in the winter and 2 for $5 ON flip flops in the summer. My sister works for DSW and gets a discount and has at least 75 pairs of shoes - she's obsessed and I don't really get it lol I'm obsessed with bags and would spend a ton of money on one that I loved but I don't get the shoe thing.

I'm the exact same way, except unlike you I hate clothes and purse shopping too. I don't think I have any woman genes

I hate dress shoes. I also hate clothing shopping.

I love buying pocketbooks & sneakers.

I also strangly love buying kids clothes, they are just so cute.

And Uggs. This is me too.

I have a closet FULL of hot shoes, but I don't wear them everyday. Mostly weekends and special occasions.

I’m the same exact way!!! Most of the time the only reason I ever get new shoes or boots is bc my mom always buys me a bunch of Christmas! And she’s obsessed with shoes… I must not have gotten the shoe gene.

Me too!! I only like clothes shopping once in a blue moon. Like right now I want to shop. Only when spring comes. Then I dont care! I'm so not a girl.

You are SO not alone. I have numerous Uggs that I rotate in between during the winter, wear NOTHING but Flip-Flops in the summer, only wear sneakers when I workout, and I can count on one hand how many high heels I have.
