I've made a Wedding Decision

As you know my wedding is June 29, 2006. I have plenty of time. However, due to many things going on in my life (mostly JOB related), I have decided to take a back seat on planning and 'vendor shopping' until after the holidays. I know I could book vendors this year to 'lock' in a lower price, but I figure if I budget $1500 for flowers, it's going to be $1500 whether I book them now or 6 months fom now. I just know the next few months are going to be hectic between looking for a new job, the holidays, traveling (my mom is in Illinois and my dad is in S. Carolina) and money. This is the best thing I can do for my sanity and health.

Don't get me wrong, I will still be here (on LIW), but won't be booking things just yet. I am feeling better already!

In the beginning, I was so overwhelmed and so much was thrown at me, I felt insane. I took a deep breath and slowed down and it made all the difference. I am so much happier and having so much more fun. Do what you must for yourself - and remember to have fun! Good luck.

Im in the same boat as far as any further planning. Im holding off due to the extra expenses such as the holidays, a wedding we are both in etc.
I just feel like we need to put more away before I drop more and more.
