Get the full length insoles though, the short ones just for the front of the foot aren't that great.

I still don't think I could handle such a high heel, but I never could.

i agree....the platform toe part creates a little less stress for your whole foot by lessening the angle. that and i see no logical reason to ever NOT buy a pair of shoes!
