I want to crawl into a hole

FH doesn't think he's ready to get married. We're 59 days away and today he decides to tell me this! At work no less and now I am a flipping mess and I can't even concentrate. I don't know what to do. I told him that he has to decide sooner rather than later what he wants. I think if I saw him right now I would punch him. I can't take this. I just want to crawl into a hole and cry.

try to stay calm at work, most likely its cold feet and he will get over it in a day or so.

honestly i know it sound wierd but dont pressure him, obviously your wedding is like now.. but if you tell him to decide like asap then it can go either way as in he may call it off out of anger, or he'll just say yes even though hes not 100% sure (knock on wood) and who knows what can happen after

go home tonight and talk everything over, maybe he just has the jitters or something

either way i hope everything turns out ok


I agree with Joanna. I know you need answers, but don't give an ultimatum. Hate to add this, but look at your contracts or if you have wedding insurance that covers change of heart, really read it, just in case you end up calling it off.

i hope after a long talk he'll realize he's just alittle anxious with the date coming up so soon.

Aww hun, Hopefully it is just nerves. try and stay calm and when you go home you and he need to talk it over.

I'm so sorry he's putting you through this, hun! I'm sure it's just cold feet since the wedding is so close. Give him a few days and hopefully he'll come back to his senses

you are the third or fourth bride to post this in the past two weeks. i think these guys just can't handle stress as well as we can and they freak out. i am so sorry you are going through this though. that must be so tough. fm if u need someone to talk to.

so sorry your dealing with this.. dont want to say the wrong thing but if hes seriously having doubts maybe you should postpone the wedding for now until he is absolutely 100 percent sure.. I only say this cause 2 of my friends went through something similar and 1 called it off 3 weeks before the wedding and the other got married and then 3 months later got seperated.. please dont rush into it because it seems so close and thats the right thing to do.. def talk it out with FH and hopefully you both can come to a solution thats best for both of you..I really hope it works out sweetie!
