just wrap it foil or you can wash them & leave them slightly wet (for some moisture) & leave them in their husks & cook them this way!

Re: I want to make sweet corn on the cob on the BBQ.Does anyone know how to make it?

Thanks. This is what Suzanne told me she does when she cooks corn on the cob:
i wisk the corn, then put a little butter on the corn then i take a damp paper towel and roll it up on top of the corn then wrap it in aluminum foil ( the damp paper towel keeps the corn crisp and it doesnt dry it out)

I guess its the same thing, right?
I want it to be really sweet.

Re: I want to make sweet corn on the cob on the BBQ.Does anyone know how to make it?

I'd brush a bit of melted butter on and sprinkle with some spices to give it a little kick. Maybe some red pepper or cajun spices...I usually do that, wrap them in foil and let them hang out on the grill for about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Depends on if you like your corn crunchy or really soft.
