I didn't even get a chance to eat lunch!!!

How often does that happen to you??

I would say I cannot, no matter how hard I try, find time for lunch like 2 times a week on average (some weeks it's 3 days out of the week)... But it really stinks!!

I know if I wanted to I could take lunch but then work would just pile up and it's easier for me to just skip it and not have to deal with the load of crap on my desk for me to do!

Anyone else in the same boat??

Happens to me about every single day that I work. Unfortunately my job doesnt give lunch breaks (at least not to the receptionist)..so I have to eat while I work...and keep in mind I work in a very busy animal hospital where it is impossible to get even a min to eat lunch. Im so glad I am quitting soon. And I think its sooo nasty to eat while you work especially in a hospital, where there are so many germs lingering around.

Isn't that against the law? I'm pretty sure that you're required to get a break.

Yes, it def. is. But I think all the receptionist feel bad taking a break because if we do everything will fall apart. My manger doesnt hire enough receptionist so that when one takes a break we wont be short of a staff..its a long story..

I order in lunch to work every day and eat at my desk. I totally hear you!!!

I eat at my desk maybe 4 times a week. I always have work, I take work home with me but I get paid OT so it makes up for it. Work is so busy. Eat at your desk, I do not eat breakfast so if I did not eat lunch I would not make it to the end of the day. Enjoy the spinach dip, yummy.

Sorry sweety. If I don't eat I turn into a monster...just ask Mike. Then I get so hungry that I can't decide what I want to eat and I get even crankier. It's a bad cycle.

YES!! That's the same cycle I go on!! lol...

I just scarfed down Applebee's-- omg!!

My stomach is like holy!! lol... but yeah, it was delicious and I'm no longer starving.
