I went dress shopping...

again!

I had my two horrid days dress shopping last month and I finally recovered enough to go again. Today I drove out to Fantasia in Rocky Point (an hour trip). They carried the Jasmine that I liked and according to Bonny's website, the Bonny I liked. Well, they no longer carry Bonny and the Jasmine sample was gone.

BUT...they were so, so, so nice. I finally enjoyed dress shopping. I tried on the Maggie Sottero below. Not sure about the sleeves (they're optional) but I finally felt pretty in a dress.

Too bad it's way too expensive!

I agree, I am glad u felt pretty in the dress. Is your only apprehension the price? Go with Gownfind get it get it!

YAY! I called gownfind and they were $212 less than Fantasia! That's an improvement!

I'm still confused. Gown find is party of Bridal Elegance?

With gownfind do you get all alterations yourself?

I'm glad you had a good experience dress shopping. The dress you posted is beautiful! Go with your gut - if you know it's 'your dress' I would go for it

look into helens bridal in commack too...i am getting my dress ( a maggie) from there for about $600 i saw it in a botique for $1400!!

OMG! I know how you feel. I went dress shopping once at Burtons and brought pics of the dresses I liked they told me they carried them and showed me every dress but the ones I asked for and then where losing their patience with me because they started getting really busy and I wasnt happy with anything they showed me because I was wayyyyyy to big for the sample sizes they were having me try on. I went home in tears and havent been since. Im glad you had a better experience.
