She passed away in 2009. We weren't engaged yet then.

I know how you feel. My FFIL passed away in March. It broke my heart to have to order another memorial bouquet charm

WOW They will be there in Spirit though have faith in that. At my RD my friend was taking a pic and my BIL told him you shouldn't in Church because of Spirits and with out a flash you see a white blur next to me at the Alter, it was my Papa I am sure of it!

CollieMac - We got along yes, she was happy for us..... I just wish we had more time with her and she was able to help with the planning. I also don't have a FFIL so it's especially tough

ITA this is how i feel bout my family members who have passed especially my grandmother i just lost her in march..took it extremely bad but i know they will all be there with me

Awww so sorry, my father is still recovering and I am just hopeful that he will at least be there if not walk me down the aisle. It makes se so sad to think about it because I know this would have been a highlight in his life.
