Ideas?

Ideas?

So, I had an earlier post stating I was stressed and having a situation.

End result Jordan and I are re-thinking the whole big wedding and considering a small one.
It is just an idea and we aren't sure if we are going to make the wedding small (meaning the venue)

I need some suggest of place to have a nice small wedding.
I really don't know what I mean by small right now but any suggestions would be great

TIA

Okay when I say small I was thinking more of the line of a really nice resturant maybe- just weighting our opnions

Doesn't matter

I'm from Queens so I do not have any suggestions on resturants in LI

You could do the private room in Gargiulo's in BK, it's really pretty there. Love that place and food is AWESOME.

Re: Ideas?

im having a small wedding (80 people)
I looked at restaurants and found a place I LOVE!!

bella verde is in deer park - owned by papa joes
high vaulted ceilings, BEAUTIFUL room overlooking the golf course, great food, nice sized dance floor

I dont know where you live but there are TONS of resturants that will also do a smaller receptions

look at

http://www.bellissimoofamityville.com/catering.php
small but really cute, no dance floor, but you can make room

also la piazza on merrick ave- they even offer valet parking and they have small dance floor, really cute foyer too! AWESOME FOOD

trust me, we are on small budget but we wouldnt sacrifice a nice looking place with good food

look for resturants with party rooms.... resturants that cater. you can run a google search :)

GOODLUCK!!!

it really not about the budget--
It more about a situation we need to deal with and it making us change our venue

I will def. be in touch with you

The Gatsby looks really nice for that type of small wedding! Its in Islip, not sure how far you were looking to go.

intimate wedding

I can't recommend any places since I've only been to two weddings but I was using this site for ideas when I thought we were going very small.

If you want to go to Queens, there is a really nice small venue that does wedding catering in Forest Hills and I think they are very affordable.

My Kitchen Restaurant

the Gatsby is REALLY nice btw.

My coworker is having a small wedding at Blue lagoon on rt 109. I think it's in bayshore. It looks pretty and they even have a small stage for a dj.

What about the Red Snapper Inn they have a wedding sunday brunch for a good price and you can get married by the water.
