My friend made mine just from a craft store. I think it was minimal cost. Depends on how fancy/big you want it to be. mine was just a piece of poster board

I found a small chalkboard that has twine looped through it at Marshalls for $8. I am going to write here comes your bride on it or something like that and have the ring barer or flowergirl carry it.

Sometimes you can find others on Etsy for cheaper as well as cheaper shipping.

Get fabric sew around the wooden rod and then iron on the letters :)
