IDEELI BLOWS

SO, if some of you remember, I ordered a beautiful 6126 dress for my shower from ideeli several weeks back.

They made a mistake and wrote the wrong zipcode on my order and now neither them nor the USPS know where it is!!!

After countless phone calls to their pathetic excuse of a customer service dept, nothing has been resolved. Fortunately, I put the order on my AMEX so I'm disputing the charges, but I have cancelled my account with them and will never order from them again!!!

Just a heads up to everyone, if anything does go wrong with your order, they do NOTHING to fix it! BEWARE!

Sadly, this doesn't seem to be uncommon. If you google ideeli reviews, there are many complaints against them from consumers.

It sucks. I'm so irritated about it. Like I said, fortunately, I put in on AMEX so hopefully they'll just take care of it and stop the payment and return the $ to the card.
