I would say at least 1 month before if not 5 or 6 weeks before, to account for those late responders

6 weeks vefore. Most halls need the final count 4 weeks before. I say give yourself an extra 2 weeks to call people because you will not got all your RSVP's on time.

April 14th the absolute LATEST.... remember there will be stragglers and late RSVPs... give yourself enough time to get the final count and call people.

You can go as early as April 1st ... (That's probably what I would do)
