I just ordered my invites and I put May 5th, is that to long?

my friend is the same day as you--she did the 17th i believe--she wanted them before memorial day.......

good question... i am june 21 and honestly, want to make sure I have replies early enough to send out some 'B list' invitations- without it being obvious!

I'm getting married Oct. 12 and the girl told me to put Sept. 3rd. I think she said 5 weeks before your date.

sounds good to me to put it the early so that way you will know much sooner

I think the beginning of May is perfect because it gives you plenty of time to call everyone that didn't respond on time and to invite 'B' list people for any 'A' listers that are unable to attend.
