about a half hour is what my make up lady told me unless you are getting air brushed that takes longer.

I am counting 3 hours for both hair and make up.
You are cutting it shorter with 30 minutes. Especially if someone runs late.

I am planning on being dressed at 12:30 or 12:45 for the when the photorapher comes at 1pm. I want to put the dress on at the last possible moment so I am not just sitting around in the dress.

when I say done. I mean with everything and dressed, by 12pm or is that too much time to be just sitting around?
Basially how much time should I give for hair, make-up, getting dressed, before the photographer arrives?

you shouldnt be dressed when the photographer gets there. he's gonna take pics of you putting on your dress, your mom zipping you up, etc. just have your hair/makeup done and wait for him to arrive. that's what i did.
