would you be upset? I hadn't thought about this untill FMIL called to let me know she told FH's cousin, she could wear the cream colored dress she bought for a sweet 16, to my wedding, and FHs cousins mom said no, she can't wear cream to a wedding, and FMIL told her Eleanor could care less . Well, I think i would care. I'm glad her mom said no. But that doesn't mean I will be the only one in white. I guess it's not a big deal, but I thnk it would annoy me!!

funny this came up
we were watching fsil wedding video the other night and there were 3 women who wore white dresses at her wedding.

umm would it bother me? i prob would not even notice. and if so people will comment on it anyway so let them do it all i know is i will look better

Honestly, on your wedding day, you are so in the moment, you wouldn't even notice what people are wearing.

i've always felt that it is inappropriate to wear white or ivory, etc to a wedding. it would def annoy me, but i wouldn't let it ruin my day.

I agree! But it's one thing if it was their wedding outfit, and another if it's a white suit or something that really doesn't have the look of a wedding outfit or gown!
