Online - either through a netbride type of thing or EBAy - did you order your clothing size? Smaller/Larger?

My ebay vendor had a size chart and I actually ordered my dress to my street clothing size

larger by two sizes of my clothing size. meaning I'm a 4 in street clothes but I had to order an 8 in wedding size.
