If you could plan everything all over again, what would you do...

Sensing from the boards, as we are all much closer to getting married, the stress levels are rising. So i pose...

If you could do anything differently, if you could plan it all over again, what would you do differently?

I would have gone to Barbados to get married, with a smaller BP. I would have a 3-5 day wedding extravaganza with about 20 ppl, id pay for some, and some could choose to fly down (like aunts and they would)

I don't think I would have done anything differently. My original date choice wasn't available in the room I wanted at JT. My preference was to have a Saturday night.

No one EVER eats it. If they do, it's minimal damage.

nothing yet that i can think of maybe when it gets a little closer i will think of something.....maybe we would have done a saturday but im not quite so sure of that - even if we had the money to do a saturday i dont know if i would want to use it just to have a saturday wedding - i like friday it doesnt screw with the weekend

I would have asked my friend to be a BM back in May instead of waiting until Feb.

I would have liked to look at more halls than we did, but we were not flexible w/ dates and we were afraid to lose a place we loved.

ummm... I probably wouldn't have sent STDs to a few people.

I still have quite a bit of planning to do, but so far I don't think I would have done anything differently. Maybe just the date, I originally wanted to get married in August, but it wasn't a good time for me because of work.

Can't you tell them you don't want it now?

I was afraid to ask - it's already in our contract... Maybe I'll ask our BM at our tasting if we could take it out - it would save us like $2500. That would be AWESOME.

I would have taken more time to buy a dress. I love mine, but I wonder if I had spent more time looking, would I have found one I liked even more?

I would find a photographer who was cheaper. I love my guy but we paid so much....

I wouldn't do anything differently. Everything has been going so well and everyone is so supportive of all of my decisions(:::knocks on wood:::) Even things that seem like major issues (like switching my hall) have been fixed with no problem. I hope it stays like this

i would have NOT stressed and lived my life for two years instead of planning my wedding for that time

but there is no way i could have done that without having a time machine and peeking in on my day to make sure the day was going perfectly!

luckily the 3 people that come to mind are all OOT and are unlikely to come anyway. I just feel weird sending them invites since we barely talk anymore. I didn't send them our OOT guide.... I will probably wait a few more months.
