my father pasted away 3 years ago. My mother is walking me down the aisle. I am not doing a dance or anything in it's place. FH is still doing a dance with his mom.

I have a Dad and we are close, but we are skipping the whole father/daughter mother/son dance. We might dance with them, but we didn't want a formal to-do about it.
My cousin's father passed away before her wedding, and she danced with her brother.

I'm not close with my dad but I still want to dance with him bc he is my father. I wouldn't say he's the world's greatest but I know that he always has good intentions and that he did the best he could raising me. Since my parents are divorced and I want to honor my mom too (we're very close), they're both going to walk me down.
