someone who you just met (but like a lot) dh was cheating on them, would you tell them? Would you want to be told?

In all honesty... i would want to know. I would always want to be told! Always! Especially since it may sound like a few people already know and i don't know about anyone else... but i hate to be made a fool of.
My vote is you should tell her.

Wouldn't say a word to her. If she was your BF it's different but since she's someone you just met I'd stay out of it.
