If you passed away and had no kids

who would get your ring...only asking because my cousin reminded me the other day how when I first got engaged, my MIL asked that one night at dinner 'Who gets the ring if Janice dies?'

my mom has a ring, I have 4 younger sisters, so I would want it to go to which ever one's boyfriend is lacking of funds around engagement time

I can go on for hours about her..I said Dec 17, so then about 2 months later she gets engaged, she bought her own ring, and started wedding planning, scared the hell out of her commitment phobic boyfriend..then announced that her wedding is on Dec 17. lol...I went nuts..that is when I said I wanted to move(back to NY, we were in Florida,) I told DH that she cannot be in my life, long story short, her wedding never took place. boyfriend left...she called today to let my DH know that her mother is in the hospital and she does not have money for a plane ticket. She of course leaves the message in spanish so I don't understand it..thank god he is not a mama's boy.

OMG!!!!! Do you ever wonder what is going through people's heads????? Why is there no filter on between their thoughts and their tongue????? WHen I first met my DH I was talking about him with my cousin and I guess I was gushing a little bit and she said to me 'You know, as quickly as this all started, it could just end.' So nonchalantly! I was so hurt! It's so similar to what your MIL said.

I don't even want to answer the question because I think it's a horrible thought, but it would have to be my DH.

to you for putting up with that woman!!!!
