Dear Ms. DeMarco:
One of my friends recently used your Carle Place store for alterations on her wedding dress for her May 13, 2005 wedding. On the day of her wedding, her dress fell apart, exposing her chest to all of her guests. Her bustle broke, and she was uncomfortable and adjusting her dress for the entire night. As if this situation were not bad enough, throughout her alteration experience at Bridal Reflections, she was treated terribly by your seamstress.
As an engaged woman who is going through the wedding process, I am horrified by her story and by the many complaints that seem to generate from your store. Because of the way she has been treated and the fact that she will not be receiving any compensation, I will advise all of my friends and family never to enter one of your stores or support you business. Your behavior in this situation will cost you thousands of dollars in business.
