If you were getting married right now..

What songs would you put on your must play list? On your DO NOT play list?

Our e-party is a little over a month away and I need to give the DJ a list of what to play, what not to play, and what to play during dinner. I'm at a loss. HELP!

No organized dances. Except Time Warp (and maybe the macarena) No Nikki Minoage (how does she spell her name??)No Taylor Swift (I'm pretty sure she's relationship bad luck...)

I have a list of songs I'd play, but most of them were for the playlist I made for our e-party. Mostly background music, not really DJ dancing music. I'll FM them to you, maybe you want to pick a few to play during dinner when people won't be dancing as much.

If you were getting married right now..

Yes I have a list of music that are must plays! Basically, my goal is to have everyone at one point in the night say 'OMG THIS IS MY JAM' and want to get up and dance. What music makes me say that? If it was on a jock jams CD, my blood gets pumping! I was in dancing school all throughout the 90s, it all brings back so many memories!

What not to play? Organized dances, Taylor Swift, Rhianna.

No line dances whatsoever (unless my moh requests cotton eye Joe.....she's the only one allowed to request it), no black eyed peas. Other than that I haven't really put much thought into it.

Stop! I LOVE group dances like that. FH is totally against them, but when I'm at any DJ'd event I'm right there in the front row dancing along.

I'm glad you liked them!! I don't care how cheesy or 15 year old girl I seem, this is my wedding, and I'm gonna play whatever O-Town songs I damn well please! LOL
