I live for the summer. I would move to Florida, it would have to be at the most 1 hour away from the beach.

If we move, it'll be somewhere VERY cold since we both love snow and sub-zero temps. I like Rovaniemi, Finland...that's my dream place.
Right now-it's -18.6 celsius which is about 1 below zero!

definately down south, where it is warmer. I am starting to hate snow, and being sick all winter!
We thought maybe San Diego would be a good compromise - it's warm there but you're not far from places where there's snow.
its PERECT here!!! and we are closer to skiing than LIers are!!!!

I couldn't imagine living any where else besides NYC! I love it here. I did live in Boston when I went to college but I feel that NOTHING compares to living in NYC! Even if it is overpriced and hectic, I love it!

Re: If You Were Going To Move Out of NY....
I forgot to add why
San Fran.. not IN the city..but in the outskirts on the other side of the hills.... .. It's so pretty there.. and cool, yet sunny and nice. On the other side of the hills takes out the fog too.
Otherwise I'd go home.. Texas. Austin area.. very hilly and green. Texas has all four seasons. Austin has beautiful lakes and scenery. It gets down to freezing in the winter with flurries as best. Summers are not humid and who cares anyway they have AC everywhere. No walking to a subway in boiling heat. It's a great music scene, very active, and very modern. It's still small but it nice spread out. The hills are Gorgeous and the hair pin twists take for nice rides. People there aren't as friendly as San Antonio, but it's not Houston or Dallas either, thank god. Since my company lets me move within and WITH my salary Texas is always tugging on my heart and purse strings!
