lol i went to get biotin pills for my hair..and right next to it were laxatives. im like u know what.. im curious!

so i pick a few boxes up and they all say 6-12 hrs to kick in. im like WTFFFFFFFFFFFFFF that LONG!? then i see a box.. FAST ACTING LAXATIVE... i read directions... it says u shove a pill up ur ANUS and in 15 min BAM... but i was so grossed out.. i dropped the box on the floor as if it had a disease lol.

so i took exlax.. sure as shyt (HA) 6 hrs later... 3am.. i felt like i was going in labor. rocking on the terlit back and forth..bargaining with jesus... to let the pain go away..and then i was flushed out around 5am. mylegs went numb on the bowl playing bejewled on my laptop.

ok but please use with caution and personally, I would skip the last step (dulcolax)...I was STARVING and there was nothing left to come out!!!!!!!!!! It can't be healthy.

Please if you have medical problems, don't do this!


8am- 1.5 fleets photosoda (drink) in juice (I did orange)

{I would do this part only, that Fleet stuff kicked in FAST and FURIOUS).

DRINK 8 OZ OF WATER EVERY HOUR THROUGH DAY..YOU NEED TO STAY HYDRATED...FAILURE TO DO SO CAN CAUSE PROBLEMS!!!

12 noon- 10oz bottle of magnesium Citrate
this was nasty and came out exactly how it came in...Godspeed

12:30 clear liquid lunch (soup or broth no solids jello (no fruit but NOT red), ensure without fiber, NO MILK!

5pm clear liquid dinner

6pm four dulcolax tablets

again DISCLAIMER: Please be healthy to do this..don't be on meds...seriously...drink a lot of water and no aspirin etc...

I don;t advocate this to lose weight but I'd do it for a cleansing or if you have poopy problems...
