I never have, I swear, Girl Scout honor.

But, that's not saying I have had one every time, either.

There have been times when (not FH) an ex finished, and I didn't..... and that was it.

I never have faked it either...but only b/c I'm not nice enough to give the guy the satisfaction of thinking he accomplished something he didn't! I'm brutally honest.
