I'm about to BUG OUT!!!!!!!!11

I called the websit I booked my honeymoon cruise with and told them I never recieved tickets....Well the idiots said they emailed them...I never got them...so I asked the guy if he can re-send them and he tells me 'I don't know, I'll have to call you back' So what am I supossed to do???? Not go on my cruise!!!!!!!!!!

I am sooo sorry this happened to you especially a week til yur day. I would call back and ask for a manager or whoever is in charge. RANT AND YELL. Something doesn't sound right. I never heard emailing cruise tickets maybe the itinerary but not tickets. When we did our Disney package for our HM the package had to be signed for due to all our tickets and coupons being in there. They do that so they make sure we had received them. Something sounds shady. Did you look up on BBB to see if this agency had complaints? Good luck and let us know what happens.

I just called again and they are closed. But they guy called me back earlier and said for Royal Carribean u dont need actual tickets and they can email me what I need monday morning

i would also check with Royal Carribean to make sure that whatever they plan to email you is enough... dont take their word for it

I would do that too just to make sure. We don't want you to be stuck especially on your honeymoon where you are supposed to be happy and celebrating But I am glad you received a response to somewhat help you.

actually, as long as you have ID and your reservation number, you can still go on the cruise

i lost my tickets a few years ago, i think i threw them out with the mail
i had to go to a special desk at the cruise port - it is annoying but very simple
