And I have to book a flight to go see my grandmother :( and probably my honeymoon :( Any suggestions of what I can take to knock me out on an airplane? I SERIOUSLY HAVE THE BIGGEST PANICK ATTACK AS SOON AS I GET TO AN AIRPORT

These are the things that people told me would work... AND THEY DIDNT WORK FOR MEEEEEEEEEEEEE I WAS FREAKING OUT EVERY TIME I HAD TO FLY LOL

Xanex - my dr prescribed this to me but someone told me the dosage might of been too low and thats why it didnt work???!!

omg I'm the worst with this too!! I cry sometimes on the plane and I hate it..I hate that feeling and as soon as I get near the airport the anxiety starts..my doc gave me valium last time and it did squat..I want Xanax and lots of it..FH just told me he wants to book a trip to go see his parents..uggggh I'm getting nervous already..

thanks for the bump and that was in July I forgot about it until now..because I actually have to fly within the next few weeks uggggh I hate that I'm like this...
