I'M BACK!!!!
After a month and a half I'm finally back on. I had a tough time dealing with my grandfather's passing and haven't felt like myself to come on..I'm sorry ladies. But I'm back!
You would not believe the trip I had to just get down there!!
We had such a displeasure and horrible experience I had flying US Airways. I had to book an emergency flight down to Tampa, FL. I had to take 2 flights since I could not get a non-stop flight to Florida.
My husband and I were scheduled to be on flight #1231 that was departing at 6:20pm. The airport never announced that the flight was boarding and we found out that the flight left 9 minutes early which I find unacceptable. How can flights leave early? What if a passenger was stuck in securities? I do not think planes are allowed to leave early like that! I was outraged by this. My husband and I went down to customer service to see if we could get on the next flight out to Tampa, Florida. We had to take a flight to Charlotte and then Charlotte to Tampa. I was originally supposed to be in FL at 9:12pm and because of this incident I didn't arrive to Florida till midnight and could not get pickup then. We had to rent a car and drive 2 hours to Beverly Hills Florida we also had to find a hotel that was near the funeral home and it was not easy. I had to be at the funeral home at 8am the next morning for my grandfather’s funeral and did not find a hotel with a room that was close in the area till 3am! THEN to stop it all off someone stold $35 out of my purse at my grandmothers house!!! The my plane was delayed because of the snow and Ice we got earlier!!
I don't think flights can leave early like that! I was pissed!!!
They want to give me and my husband $50 each off our E-ticket..I find that unacceptable!!!!
