I'm confused...does my MOH pay for my shower?

We are probably going to do a brunch in Manhattan...she isn't expected to pay for around 30 people is she? Who pays?

All the bridal showers that I've been to recently have been paid for by the brides mother (including my own). My BMs took care of games and stuff like that, but it wasn't really a financial burden on them.

My mother paid for my shower and my MOH and BM's (minus one who was out of town) payed for the decorations, etc.


my mom is paying or the shower and my BMs and MOH are doing decorations and stuff

I was just a MOH and the MOB paid for half of the restaurant cost and the BM and I paid for the rest. But of course, the MOH usually pays for a little more because they do the little things, but honestly, we had a great bridal shower and we really didn't spend much.

I think my mother is paying for my shower. But again, I have been a bridesmaid in 2 weddings. One the bridesmaids paid for the shower, the other the bride's mother paid for everything. I guess it just depends.

My mother is paying. I feel it should not be the bridal party's responsiblity. Between hair, make-up, the dress, and a gift they are paying more than enough. They should be happy to be a part of your wedding, not broke and miserable.
