I'm going to throw up..(Update on pg 2)

I just got a call from the restaurant where we are supposed to get married. They are closing the place and now we have no where to have our wedding...I'm crying hysterically right now. I'm so upset and scared that we won't be able to get married on our date now..our honey moon is booked and everything Please send some hugs and prayers please..I don't know what to do with myself..I feel so devastated and FH is desperately calling around the city seeing if anyone knows of a possible venue..

Does anyone know of anywhere that may have our date available?

Update:

We have two appointments today and FH is so calm, calling every where. You are also amazing and I am so thankful that Tara indroduced me to this site. You have no idea how much you messages and good wishes calmed me.
Hope you are all having a wonderful Saturday so far. I will write later to let you know how our appoinments went at Alger House and 3 West Club

I actually just went to a restuarant in the city last week called Django on Lexington and 47th or 48th? And as soon as I walked upstairs I said- this would be an awesome place to have an intimate wedding!

I think there's still time to find a place... just keep calling Reception Halls and ask them b4 you ask anything else if they have that date available.

OMG that's horrible!! I couldn't imagine that right now. Get your butt to all the catering halls.
Actually you may get a really good deal. My cousin planned her whole wedding in like 3 months, and got married at the Watermill for like $65 per person!! They look to get rid of the dates, but be open, you may have to pick an earlier date??

I just sent you an email.....I have places for you to check out....let me know which restaurant it was so that I can find something similar. I saw about a gazillion before finding mine....in the city just like you want.
