I've had them for 9 months already (hopefully only 6 more weeks to go) and it DEF gets easier. I'm a pro at it, and I don't even feel all the things they applied to my teeth anymore, it only felt weird for like the first two weeks, then it was normal. Hang in there, it's so worth it!
