I'm New!

My friend Christine told me about this great site and I wanted to send a quick hello and introduce myself! My name is Ang and I just recently got engaged to my wonderful boyfriend of 7 years! So far I've seen some really great advice and can't wait to get to know all of you! We're looking to get married in 2005 but no pland just yet because he has to study for the CPA exam...well I'm still looking at making plans - just not stressing him out about it just yet.

So the proposal:

We hade a wedding in Buffalo for one of my college friends on Saturday (10/4) but decided to go up a little earlier since we have some close friends there (we went to college there). We arrived Thursday and on Friday I woke up with a horrible migraine. By noon I was determined to ignore it and get on with the day so we decided to take it easy and check out our college campus. We walked around and then went over to the lake where there are these huge greek columns. We climbed all the way up and took pictures then as it started to get cold we decided to move on. In order to get down from the huge blocks my FH had to jump down and then I would sit on the block and jump off. On the last block he told me to just relax and we looked out over at the campus. We got senitimental about meeting at school and then he started saying how he loved me...I repeated all of his words until he got to the soulmate part. I just froze - I can't even remember the rest of what he said - there was a ring and then me screaming.
