Congrats! Start looking at halls and think about if you want a band/dj. You should also order your dress pretty soon, good luck!

Welcome and congrats! There are so many places to choose from! Think about how many people you'll have, if you want to be the only bride, other things that are imoportant to you and narrow it down from there. Good luck and have fun!

Re: I'm new and ready to plan!

Thanks for your warm welcomes!!! So far I have looked at Glen Island HC and Marina del rey...loved those places but of course the rooms I want are booked. I'm going to look at Fountain head, tavern on the green and manhattan penthouse. Any feedback would be great on those places. I also may need to book the ceremony there as well.

Congrats...
I am getting married on July 4th at the Watermill. It is so pretty there. Do you know what weekend in july you are looking for?
I booked in August and had a hard time finding reception halls with dates available for July...

I had my wedding at Larkfield Manor and couldn't be happier with the outcome. the people you deal with are wonderful and the food is incredible.

I'm scheduled to see the Watermill, Larkfield Manor, Westbury Manor and CLM so far. I also want to look at Louis XVI and maybe some more.

Welcome and congrats! Best of luck to you and your FH as you plan your day. There is also a board for the grooms if your FH would be into it . Brace yourself for the addiction!
