I had to let you girls know what happened. Where should I start. Me and FH have been getting into not fights but we haven't been spending as much time together as I would like. I asked Him to come meet the DJ with me Saturday. He said he couldn't come that he had so much to do on Saturday so I let it go. Then last night he tells me he and his best friends wife( who is having marriage problems) are going out for a night on the town Sunday night. When I start to question him he gets upset and tells me that we shouldn't get married if I question him. He feels he can help her out because she's been telling him what's going on. I don't trust her one bit how come she didn't want to talk to me about her problems Im a women I can understand a lot more than he can . Maybe it is me and I've seen to many episodes of maury what do you guys think.

sorry that is unacceptable. if that is something that you plan to tolerate through out your marriage then by all means - keep quiet
however, if you do not want this to continue i would put an end to it immediately
there is a HUGE difference btw trust and stupidity. trust is not worrying about your husband while he is at work and in contact with other women. stupidity is placing a desperate woman into his lap and telling him to have fun.
I completely agree.
me too, 100% Matilde is like the LIW voice of reason, I love it

Re: Im ready to kill FH RANT
I don't know what to add that these wonderful ladies have not already. You are right, this is not appropriate And I will go a step further, I do not think FH's Best friend would like this much either. I mean what man, if he is having problems with his wife wants her to go out with another man either. Even if it is innocent it will cause more problems for her. Does his Best Friend know? If you are close with Future mom in law, does she know?
Tell him there is trust & appropriateness. If you were to go out with your girlfriend's husband because they were having marriage problems, it would not be appropriate. nor smart. Like going into a dark alley waving a fist full of money. nooo you didn't intend to be mugged but you are certainly raising the likelihood though.
& yeah he should instead of threatening you about trust & not getting married. Realize as a husband he must be consider of your feelings above all else as you would to him. You are a prize girl, he betta recognize!

Re: Im ready to kill FH RANT
i dont think it has anything to do with you trusting him - the reason he shouldnt go is b/c its making you feel uncomfortable and i dont think its right for one person to do something knowing that its making their partner feel uncomfortable/upset.
i have guy friends and if FH and I were fighting/having problems there is a chance i might go to one of them for advice and support - considering that they might have some insight into the situation - like a guys point of view. but it doesnt seem like this is the girls agenda. 'a night out on the town' sounds a little fishy to me.....but it might be innocent....
bottom line - its making you feel uncomfortable and your FH should respect your feelings and cancel his plans.....especially since you told him that you are sad that you havent spent time together. if he is going to keep his plans with this woman than he should at least make plans to spend time with you too!

i think i would react teh same way that you are. I dont thinlk that any FH should be going out with any woman without you..unless its his family or mother. I can see why this is upsetting you!

Here we go again. FH wants to meet with her again(because I messed up their plans last time)I cant seem to get through to him that he should not be involved with her what can I do.

Tell him you want to go along. You'd like to 'help' too. See what he says. If he says no, something is definitely wrong and I don't blame you for being super pissed!
A few years ago my FH pulled that crap how he was helping some girl with BF problems (that's how I found her # in his phone), and sure enough he was cheating. So the truth comes out, but why wait for it, just get to the bottom line yourself.

I tell FH that I trust him, it is the girls that I don't trust. It would not sit well with me that he is spending time with another woman, esp if you guys are friends as well

I totally agree... some girls out there dont care about anyone or anything, with no morals whatsoever...
can you call her and speak with her about offering 'advise' and then tactfully in the conversation state that if she wants to hang with FH then you guys come as a package deal... not separate.
if she doesnt go for it, then you know something is def up and she needs to be talked. Just because she is having man issues does NOT give her the right to create more issues among her friends!
