SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!

sorry I just had to vent....I think this is one of my first (i think that's bridezilla?!?!) moments!!!

I just tell them that I was planning on spending my life with him anyway? Why rush?

For me I'll finish school and have a wonderful career and he's working his way up with his job. We're happy with our decision! I'll be engage d over 2 years!! Another nurse I work with was in the same situation. Her DH proposed when she just started school too! She waited 3 years! She married and happy!

I know!!!!!!!!

It's like 18 months!

People suck!!!!!

1st ---everyone's question was 'When are you gonna get engaged?'

Then when you get engaged...like a second later...everyone starts asking 'did you pick a date yet?' I swear if I had a dollar for everyone who annoyed me with that question I'd have a lot of money!!!

It's like...how can you pick a date as soon as you get engaged and start telling people a date when you haven't even looked at RH.

The funny part is once you pick a date...people stop asking you!!!

A lot of people have given me the '2yr engagement...wow....why so long?' Obviously they have never tried to plan a wedding...or maybe they do not remember how it was to plan one!!

My sister-in-law prepared me for the after wedding question...'When are you going to have kids?'

Great...it never ends!!!!!!!!

But the DAY we got engaged, people we're like...'Oh when's the date?' I was like, 'DAMN...I can't even feel my legs right now!! Why are you asking me that?!?'

I know...I was the same way...I think at one point I told one of my cousins who called to congratulate me...Can I grasp the concept that I am actually engaged before you start bombarding me with questions!!!!!

I know what you mean...I don't mind showing mine either .
But it does get annoying!!
