My FI and i have been waiting to close on our new place forever now and we had a scheduled date for next Wed and now it looks like we cant bc my mortgage broker is an a$$hole and completely dropped the ball and is WAY behind in our paperwork.
How is it that this world can function w/o people doing their jobs???????????

I am surrounded by people on a daily basis that dont seem to do their jobs!!! Im so sorry!! House buying can be so frustrating!!

I feel for you. My FH Best Man was suppose to buy a three family house out in mastic beach. We were going to move in and run the house for him and collect the rents. We would have stayed rent free. Well the @$$hole lawyer and the realestate broker were up to some shadey business. The house didn't have a certificate of occupancy. Thank goodness he found out before he put the down payment. But he already payed for his lawyer and an engineer to check out the house! He is pissed.
