i'm so close!

that kind of teaching is amazing.... these children are getting things from you they wouldn't just get anywhere! good for you.

my decision to become a nurse: a long sort of emotional story but i'll try to shorten it. it was a long time in the making but initially got my BS in Business Admin and went the 'safe' route b/c that's what i thought i was supposed to do. anyway, after 2 years of that 'something-missing-in-my-career' feeling, my gram surviving advanced breast cancer, and my grandfather dying of prostate cancer, i knew i needed to help people. namely, i wanted to affect changes in the lives of individuals and their families who had cancer. my grandfather was put into hospice his last day alive and watching the nurses care for him and treat him as if he was their own grandfather made me certain that i needed to do the same thing for individuals and their families. months later, i finally went back to school to pursue a very old dream.

OH I DON'T KNOW! Not related to the honeymoon, maybe Japan.. i work for a japanese company and i'm always amazed by the culture of the organization. I'm just curious what it's like there. what about you??

thanksgiving...i LOVEEEEEE to be around a huge dinner table with all the people i love and care about. it makes me so excited and happy to have a little family of my own one day!

Being a nurse, who actually cares about their job is an amazing thing. I am so glad that there is someone out there who still has a passion for HELPING others... you know? You are a amazing person for that!

its the fall thing that I love also. Being around the warm colors, and i love the food....

christmas I am always sick so I don't get to enjoy it. Plus thanksgiving is when we put out our charlie brown display!!

isn't thanksgiving just the 'warmest' day of the year??? for some reason, i don't have such a content feeling on any other day!

we talk about it all the time.... i really miss NY. i think he does too. but we're getting on well out here and it's soooo much cheaper. we think we'll buy our first house here and see how it goes.

Im in bensonhurst but moving to dyker after Im married. FH and I want out of NY. The schools are closing left and right, and the area is not great. We were thinking of PA actually...

We can get a mansion for the price of one house out here....

i just changed into mine... i had a tanktop on with a built in bra and it for some reason was HURTING MY RIBS!! thank god for the liw shirt!

awww bensonhurst! i used to live on 77th and 18th. i can't say i miss it! but for the most part i grew up in Sheepshead Bay and Marine Park.

I live on the Main Line in PA in an area called Bryn Mawr. We rent a great apartment here but we would NEVER be able to afford a house in this area. we'd probably go towards the King of Prussia area when we're ready to buy. i gotta say, i love PA. i love the people, the drivers, and it's just a different feel from NYC.
