I'm so disappointed!!!! Confoti - no more?!?!!?? UPDATE: FOUND SOMETHING SIMILAR!

Ever since I first ran across Confoti (the photo confetti), I knew I wanted to use it for my wedding (reception, rehearsal dinner, I don't know, SOMETHING wedding related!).

So now that I got my Epics, I wanted order confoti with my epics and growing up & family pics to put on our placecard and guestbook tables... but THEY ARE NO LONGER IN BUSINESS!!!

The website is down, but I was able to access a cached page from 2/15/07 and this is what it said:

' After 17,000 orders, 30,000 bags of confetti, 3000 sticker packs, and over 25 million pictures, the Confoti team is moving on.

I am soooo disappointed! They were so popular, I wonder why they closed down

I know it would be a lot of work, but I wonder if its something you could DIY?

I think they sell large hole punches in craft stores (like Michaels) .... it might be worth a shot?

Ladies, I just found PhotoFetti and it's just like Confoti!!!!

I've been playing on it with some of our epics and it looks great!

Unfortunately, they only let you upload upto 10 different pics per order (Confoti allowed 30 different pics) and I think it costs more, but not too much!

It's $23.95 for the starter pack and I think that's perfect for what I want to use it for. They also have an option for $34.95 with JUST photos (i.e., no plain color pieces of confetti mixed in with your photo confetti).

Anyway, 'disaster' averted Seriously, my heart sank when I realized Confoti was not in business - silly really, but it was just one of those little things I had been looking forward to... and now I can still do it!

LOL, maybe I should have refreshed my page before I posted again! THANK YOU... I just found Photofetti and have been messing with some pics! I can't wait to scan the family pics I want to use and place my order - the sucky part is that I can only use 10 different pics per order so I have to REALLY limit what to use if I don't want to order two bags, but whatever.
