i'm sitting here crying right now and i can't stop.

my friend just wrote me a really mean email. she asked me why she wasn't invited to dinner the other night w me, FH and his friend and his friend's gf. i jokingly said i didn't want her to feel like the 3rd wheel...and she sent me this email back cursing at me and telling me that i make her feel fat and ugly and to go F myself.

she's one of my best friends. why would she say that to me? i can't believe she took such offense....was it really that bad of me to say the 3rd wheel thing....she says that all the time!!

oh geez! if she has a titty attack like that NOW, can you imagine being a BM and not getting something the way she wants!?!

perhaps its best to distance yourself a little from this 'friend' cause now that you know that, anything WR that you talk to her about in the future, she's gonna have a chip on her shoulder. you seriously do NOT need that at all in the planning process!

So sorry you are going through this.

Give it some time and talk to her when she's cooled off.

Not to be mean, but it sounds like it's a personal problem and she needs to work on herself. She may have a low self esteem and is taking it out on you. Especially if you are getting married, she might feel a little envious.

It's the single gals versus the commited and you are probably in the age group where a lot of your friends are single. The won't understand a lot of your decisions, so don't take it to heart.

seriously that is ridiculous!! I am having only 1 friend in my BP and she is like another sister to me i love her. Otherwise I have 2 close cousins and my 2 sisters in my party...

she has to get over that - they are FAMILY!!

obviously SOMETHING is going on with her, and i can tell you that its not your fault and you did nothing wrong. If i was her, I would be thankful to you bc i would have felt akward the whole night!

Shell come around. Id leave her be. Dont contact her, let her come toyou. She eventually will and let her appoligize

sorry about your situation..If someone did that to me I would be very angry but she did apologize and hopefully that is a step in the right direction...
