It's official, we won't make our minimum by 20 people!!!! Has any one ever had their hall do anything for them when this happened?

I'm not making my minimum either. I think I am going to start making friends with random people, just to invite them to the wedding.

This happened to my colleague & her hall didn't charge extra for vendor meals & gave her free upgrades. I would find out first what the upgrades are because she found out from another bride that they would have been better off doing ALL upgrades & paying for vendor meals. It turns out that the vendor meals are only a fraction of the per person cost & since they aren't enjoying the CH & RC why pay full price.
