I'm so upset.....UPDATED @ bottom..

Last weekend before heading out for my Bachelorette party I noticed a ball on my dogs ear. He seemed fine and decided to take him to vet on Monday. The Dr. said is was a tumor on his ear but not cancerous but they wanted to operate. He came home on Thursday and everything was fine...He seemed better than ever. Well this past saturday I found throwup with clumps of blood in the dining room so immediately my mom took him to the vet...now it turns out hes bleeding internally and they have to put him to sleep I am so upset...I've had this dog for 14 years!! My mom and sister are away so I have to go say goodbye all by myself Can I have some hugs ladies???

OH SWEETIE I CAN SO RELATE. I have had my cat for almost 20 years and she is so frail and getting sick all the time now. I have finally accepted that it is time for my to do the 'right' thing...but I still don't know if I can. I have been stressing for weeks over this, I have not stopped crying for 3 days. I love her more than almost anything! Anyway I called the vet today (hysterical crying) to make an appointment to get the vets opinion...which I know what it is. It just ***** now because of the timing, I feel that I have to do the 'right' thing now before it gets too close the the wedding so my eyes will not be puffy on my wedding day. As soon as a tear rolls down my cheek, my eyes get red and extremely puffy. I also fear of going on my HM and worring about her. I feel terrible leaving her for so many reason, if she should pass on her own...plus she is getting to be a lot to take care of seeing as she is always vomitting and having diarriha. (sp)?

I am sorry to go on about my cat, but clearly we are in the same situation and I truly, truly, feel for you. BIG BIG hugs from me!

Last November I had to put down my 13 year old cat after he developed squamous cell carcinoma in his mouth. He only made it 5 weeks after his diagnosis.
